Lead time is 2–3 weeks.
That’s production time only.

These are custom-made and my calendar fills fast, so you should place your order 2–3 months in advance of your event to secure your date. If your date is not available when you inquire, I cannot guarantee fulfillment.

Rush orders may not be accepted.

Shipping / Breakage Policy

Cookies are individually packaged for freshness and cushioned for shipping. I pack with care like it’s my own kid’s party on the line — but once the box is in the hands of the carrier, I cannot control handling.

We are not responsible for broken cookies in the mail.

Because of this, I strongly suggest:

• Order more cookies than you think you need (extras for breakage, photos, last-minute guests).
• Keep a few as backup for display.

No refunds will be issued for carrier damage.
