Join me, Chef Erica for a magical afternoon of creativity at Hera Hub Carlsbad on Saturday, May 24, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn the art of cookie decorating using Chef Erica's Ultra Puffy Royal icing to create beautifully detailed, bohemian-inspired summer night designs. I'll provide all the supplies you need — just bring your creativity and an apron.

What You’ll Learn:  
✨ How to flood cookies with royal icing for a smooth, professional finish  
✨ Tips and techniques for creating trendy boho patterns and designs, including           royal icing transfers!  
✨ Color mixing and detailing to match that perfect summer night vibe

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations: Call 760-716-6523 to cancel or reschedule.  
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before class are fully refundable.  
- Cancellations made within 24-72 hours of the class start time will receive a 50%       refund or the amount can be applied toward a future class.  
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours, no-shows, or failure to notify will not be       refunded and the amount cannot be used toward future classes.  

- No Refunds for Early Departures: Students leaving during the class will not         receive  a refund.
